Inner Circles

Teen circles offer a calm, supportive space for tweens/teens ages 9-18 to slow down, connect and be themselves. Through gentle movement, mindfulness and creative expression, each circle supports emotional wellbeing, confidence and a sense of belonging. The mission of Teen circles is to create a safe, inclusive environment where young people feel seen, heard and supported as they grow.
