Holistic therapies at The Wildflower Wellbeing offer gentle support for your energy, emotions and overall sense of balance. Reiki uses universal life force energy to encourage deep relaxation and restore natural flow, while crystal healing works with the unique vibrations of crystals to clear, align and uplift. Massage therapy works alongside these treatments, using flowing, tailored techniques to release physical tension, support relaxation, and bring the body back into balance.

These therapies can help ease stress, release energetic blockages, tension and create space for inner calm and clarity. Each session is held with care, intention and intuition, offering you time to rest, rebalance and reconnect.

What to expect in a session:

Your holistic therapy session is a time just for you - to pause, rest and restore. You’ll be invited to lie back on the comfortable therapy bed, with blankets and cushions available so you can feel completely at ease.

During the session, i’ll gentle place crystals around the body and on you and use Reiki energy to support balance and relaxation, and incorporate soothing massage techniques to ease tension and release stress/anxiety. Many people experience a sense of warmth or cold, deep calm or lightness, visualisations may come up too, though every session is unique.

Holistic therapies can be especially supportive if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, low in energy, or simply in need of some nurturing time for yourself. All are welcome - whether your completely new to these practices or have experienced them before.

Afterwards, there’s space to gently return and reflect, leaving you feeling grounded, lighter and more connected with yourself.

  • Crystal healing works with the unique vibrations of crystals to support balance, clarity and inner calm. Crystals are balanced intuitively to help clear blockages, restore harmony, and nurture your mind, body and spirit. Crystals can also be picked around specific areas for individual needs (e.g release of anger, bring joy and many more..).
