At The Wildflower Wellbeing, sound is offered as a soothing practice for the mind, body and spirit. I offer 1:1 sessions, group gatherings, and tailored experiences for events such as workplace wellbeing days, retreats or collaborations of yoga studios. Through the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and many other therapeutic instruments, sound healing helps to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and bring the body back into balance.
