Children’s yoga and mindfulness
At The Wildflower Wellbeing, we help children grow calm, confident, and connected - through the power of movement, breath, games, mindful crafts and mindfulness AND relaxation. Our yoga and mindfulness sessions are thoughtfully designed to support children’s mental, emotional and physical well-being in a fun, engaging and nurturing way.
Whether its in your school or nursery setting, 1:1 and group session, we create safe spaces where children can strech, breathe, and simply be themselves.
I am a fully qualified children's yoga and mindfulness instructor, Enhanced DBS checked, First Aid trained, fully insured and trained in trauma-informed approaches and neurodivergence.
